Longview is one of the largest U.S. producers of kraft paper. Our paper is made from virgin wood pulp fiber, recycled fiber or a combination of the two. Our virgin finish, a blend of slow-growing Northern softwoods including Douglas fir, pine, hemlock and spruce, provides superior strength properties in our papers. Our kraft paper products are as varied as our customers. We offer standard grades for use in wrapping papers, converting papers, bag papers and multiwall sack papers. We also manufacture specialty grades for a variety of converters, including laminators, coaters, insulation manufacturers, agricultural product manufacturers and food product packaging. At Longview, kraft is our craft.
